Formal Arabic, or Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) or Fusha (فُصحى), is the Arabic used across the Arab world in formal settings such as media, literature, academia, and official communications. MSA serves as a unifying language among speakers of diverse regional dialects, facilitating clear and consistent communication. Its standardized grammar and vocabulary make it the medium for written and formal spoken discourse. Recognized globally, MSA is essential for anyone looking to study, conduct research, work, or engage with the rich heritage and modern dynamics of the Arab world.
Our Formal Arabic program follows the widely recognized MSA proficiency structure used in international academic institutions, based on the Al-Kitaab book series.
