At Saifi, learning Arabic goes beyond the classroom. Our activities create immersive, real-life experiences where students practice the language naturally while discovering the richness of Lebanese culture.
Each term, we offer a dynamic program including cultural courses, movie nights, storytelling sessions, games and trivia, market bargaining workshops, cooking, and dancing experiences, and more. Every activity is thoughtfully designed to strengthen speaking skills, deepen cultural understanding, and encourage authentic connection.

An in-depth exploration of Lebanese culture, social norms, and regional traditions. Students move beyond surface-level exposure to understand the historical and social context behind everyday practices—food and hospitality, greetings, holidays, weddings, funerals, dating norms, and appropriate social behavior—allowing them to connect more authentically with Lebanese society.
Students practice real-life bargaining in a guided open market simulation, learning authentic expressions and vocabulary related to fruits and vegetables. The experience continues in the kitchen, where participants prepare traditional Lebanese dishes and conclude with a shared feast—combining practical speaking, cultural insight, and hands-on learning.

A creative speaking activity where students build narratives using visual prompts. It develops vocabulary, sentence structure, and spontaneous expression while encouraging confident communication.
Through carefully selected Lebanese films, students strengthen listening skills and gain exposure to real-life dialogue and cultural nuances. Film scripts are available for deeper study and language review.

Interactive team-based games conducted in Arabic promote spontaneous speaking, vocabulary expansion, and fluency in a fun, supportive environment.
